Donations/Refund Policy
This Donations/Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes a donation to Bandar Utama Buddhist Society. This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you donate to BUBS.
Cheques should be made payable to "Bandar Utama Buddhist Society".
Tax exemption receipts will be issued with provided donor details.
Donations made are non-refundable.
All credit card transactions will be processed in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
Donor Details
Donations to BUBS are tax-exempted under sub-section 44 (6) of Income Tax ACT 1967, Ref No: LHDN 01/35/42/51/179-6.6221 dated: 15/01/2008. All donations must be accompanied by the donors details in order to issue the tax exemption receipt to you.
Donor’s name, i.e. Individual, Corporate/Organization.
Donor’s NRIC for individuals; Registration number for Corporate/Organization.
