Kataññutā is a Pali word that means knowing and recognising what has been done to one for one's benefit. In other words, gratefulness.
While we are all busy with our lives, meeting deadlines and chasing the future, we rarely stop to reflect and acknowledge what has been done or given to us!
Our first song, "Kataññutā" is all about being grateful for all that is present and deeds of kindness that we have received. Whether it is a small kind deed, or a huge favour, or even being grateful for having a home and being safe at this very moment, it all counts as something we can be grateful for ❤️
